About the event
We will be releasing a special beer for this event that is for our Cheers To The Land. This event promotes a special collaboration beer brewed to raise funds for the Oregon Agricultural Trust (OAT). $5 of each ticket sold will be donated to OAT! - Come drinks, eat, and Cheers to The Land!
Our menu has been hand crafted for this event and will feature a 5-course meal paired with delicious Falling Sky beer.
Charcuterie
House cured brisket pastrami, beef belly pastrami and corned beef with assorted cheeses, nuts, grapes, pickled red onions, olives and sourdough crackers
Amuse Bouche
Potato nest with smoked salmon, creme fraiche, green apple, pomegranate and fines herbs
Wedge salad
Roasted beets, radishes, cherry tomato, rogue creamery blue cheese, blue cheese dressing, crispy shallots and balsamic reduction
