ABOUT THE EVENT

Join us on Friday, November 3rd for a one of a kind fundraiser for the Oregon Agricultural Trust (OAT) https://www.oregonagtrust.org/ The last two years we have participated in this beer collaboration to raise awareness and money for our Oregon farmers. We look forward to having you support the cause and joining us for a night full of culinary delights & delicious beer too!

Cheers to the Land is a collaboration between Oregon’s great breweries and cideries, our beloved farmers, and Oregon Agricultural Trust (OAT). It was created to bring awareness to the importance of protecting farm and ranch land. OAT is a statewide nonprofit land trust that partners with farmers and ranchers to permanently protect agricultural land for the benefit of Oregon’s economy, community, and landscapes. https://www.cheerstotheland.com/

COURSE 1

Charcuterie - beef belly pastrami, apricot mostarda, roasted almonds,  whipped goat cheese and spiced honey, crackers and olives

Paired with our crisp and refreshing Light Pillar Pilsner

COURSE 2

Spiced butternut squash soup, rosemary cream and herbs. Shared rosemary focaccia and honey butter

Paired with our newly released Cheers to the Land Spruce Tip Cascadian Dark Ale

COURSE 3

Roasted carrot salad - warm carrot puree, roasted Ras El Hanout carrots, french vinaigrette dressed rainbow carrot ribbons, scallions and crispy carrots

Paired with our aromatic Rain Gauge IPA

COURSE 4

Roast Beef Tenderloin, Wild Mushroom risotto, seared oyster mushroom, crispy brussel sprout leaves and sauce bordelaise

Paired with our Award Winning Upside Brown

COURSE 5

Pumpkin spice latte creme brulee

Paired with our delicous Puddles Porter

Each course will come with a beer pairing that will highlight the flavors from each of the 5 course created for this special event.
